“Less orgies and more stickers!” .. we are not crazy, it is a semi-quote from the beginning of a song, even if it comes from the album “Belli e Dannati” in 1994, while this year we celebrate the 30 years (30 years?!? help ..) of a another milestone of Italian rock. The Fan Forever Card # 22 solidarity card is dedicated to the RATS!
“Chiara”, “Fuori Tempo” (feat. A certain Mr. Ligabue), “Angeli di strada” and the title track “Indiani Padani”, an album that does not know a moment of tired, hard and pure rock n roll that has led the Rats to tread the most important stages and the most followed TV programs, to have a large audience that loved them and continues to do so today.
Wilko, Romi and Lor have at some point made different life choices, only to find themselves for several years for special events, with that charge that has always distinguished them. We could not miss the opportunity to try to involve them in our project of solidarity stickers, to which they responded with enthusiasm.
The photos chosen are, for the card, of Giansi Campagnoli (historical photographer of the band) and on the bottom of the postcard by Mirko Candelli, taken from a recent concert of the band. The Rats of yesterday and today together. The card also hides an image of the poster of the special concert 2022, where the initiative will be presented in an exclusive preview.
The limited and numbered edition of the card, in just 192 copies, is a deliberate reference to the 30th anniversary of the release of that seminal album. 1992, a year that Italian rock certainly cannot forget and will celebrate it with a special event on Friday 11 November 2022 at the Vox in Nonantola (MO). The lucky ones who will be present that evening will also be able to take home one of the 192 copies available of the Rats solidarity card!

The proceeds will be donated to the PORTA OPERTA Volunteer Association (https://www.portaapertamodena.it/), a historic reality in Modena and the whole province, committed to the front line in solidarity and in the fight against social exclusion.
