Geppo forever! Between the 40s and the 60s of the last century, we probably experienced the golden age of Italian serial comics, with the birth of an incredible number of characters, of many genres. One on which we really made the difference was the humorous genre, where we were able to reinvent American comics such as Popeye or Felix the cat (even at Disney we left our mark), but above all to create new ones, many, many.
The list is long, from Tiramolla to Soldino, from Pugacioff to Nonna Abelarda. Among these was a devil, who dreamed of being good and leaving hell. We are happy and excited to announce the solidarity Fumetto Card # 20 dedicated to the legendary GEPPO!
Among the many great artists who have alternated over the years (Carpi, Sangalli, etc.), Sandro Dossi certainly deserves a place of honor, his unmistakable trait we remember in many issues of comics that for decades children (not only them ..) have bought at newsstands.
Sandro enthusiastically embraced our proposal and we thank him, of course the good devil could only take on the role of the AC Milan player, his favorite team, including Dossi himself.
